Spanish-speaking finance professionals build realistic work files, prompts and grading rubrics to train AI agents on finance as practised in Spain.
We're looking for experienced finance professionals who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as it's done in Spain.
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit
- Native or fluent in Spanish
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
- Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings)
Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
