Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of gnara.ai (the "Site") operated by Gnara ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to apply as an expert or submit a business enquiry.

2. Expert applications

• You agree that the information you submit is accurate and your own work.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee verification, interviews or paid work.
• Gnara never charges experts any fee. Any paid project will be governed by a separate written agreement that sets the rate before work begins.

3. Business enquiries

Booking a call does not create a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate agreement, including confidentiality terms.

4. Third-party roles

The Roles board links to roles on other platforms. We don't control those platforms or their terms, and some links are referral links for which we may receive a bonus at no cost to you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no automated scraping, false submissions, impersonation, or attempts to access data you're not authorised to see.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content and branding belong to Gnara. You keep ownership of the information you submit, and grant us permission to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
